Passionate About Inspiring Others

I value offering a healthy and supportive allyship built on trust and genuine connection. It is one of my greatest joys in life to journey with my clients to gain a deeper understanding of oneself and work to gain a feeling of thriving in life as opposed to surviving. I truly believe in the underlying strength and ability of all humans to cultivate daily victories that foster growth and healing. I strive to foster a grounded presence that encourages one to feel respected, safe, supported, and capable of tackling life's challenges.

Being guided to offer therapy and working among the healing professions was fueled through my own personal journey. I experienced the traumatic loss of a parent as a teenager that changed the trajectory of my life, resulting in a number of challenging years. I know what it is like to suffer with depression and anxiety and cope with it in less than healthy ways. Meditation, yoga, and therapy allowed me to heal starting from within. I felt the benefits ripple out to those i'm in relationship with and recognized how much I loved connecting with others on a similar journey. I am passionate about this work and am humbled and honored to have had the privlidge to choose this profession every day as it speaks to my soul's purpose to be a professional source of support for others.
